GALWAY-based Mulryan Auctioneers has launched a marketing campaign for Oranmore Business Park, which is being developed by Galway businessman Padraig Connolly. The 20-acre development will include a 60-bedroom hotel and a petrol station. Permission has been granted for 36 warehouse and light industrial units of between 5,000 and 40,000 square feet. They are for rent at £4.50 per square foot and for sale at £50 per square foot. Langan Logistics already occupies a 40,000-square-foot plant and Western Rent A Van has 5,000 square feet.
