Shopfront: Garret O'Hagan's furniture store Haus is moving from its location in the Green Building on Crow's Lane to the other end of Temple Bar beyond Parliament Street.

Over the next few weeks, it will open a sale shop on Saturdays in a space on Crow's Lane opposite the existing shop.

Among the best things on offer are these ceiling lights by Kartel that are selling for €85.

Made from a sort of transparent tinted plastic, they're shaped like a soap bubble and are pretty light too - and would probably work best in a kitchen.

Hung low over a table seems the obvious way to use them.

Apart from miscellaneous stools and chairs from about €150 and small plastic side tables, there are a lot of smaller items, probably left overs from Object Haus, such as Alessi accessories (espresso makers and the like), very cute small tubular storage units from €59, and giant beanbags for about €300.

A lot of the reductions aren't enormous, but it's still work a look.
