GREEN Property has let another building at Westgate Business Park, which fronts on to the Ballymount junction of the M50 motorway.

Hostaglas Ltd, a subsidiary of Hoechst AG, has taken a 30,000-square-foot unit at a rent of close to £6 per square foot. Hamilton Osborne King, which handled the letting, is indicating a rent of £8.50 to £10.50 per square foot, depending on specification. The two-storey hi-tech building is expected to interest research and development companies. It will be ready for occupation next year.
