Northern Ireland commercial property consultancy McConnell Martin has affiliated with the international property group King Sturge. The new affiliation with McConnell Martin now means King Sturge has affiliate representation in Dublin and Belfast. King Sturge announced an affiliation with Dublin agent Ganly Walters last July.
With a substantial UK network employing some 850 people and an annual fee income in excess of £50 million sterling, King Sturge is moving towards globalisation through its growing international operations. It is based in London and has 14 offices in England, Scotland and Wales. It also has offices in the Far East and North America.
Commenting on the affiliation with McConnell Martin, Malcolm King, senior partner at King Sturge said: "Our rapport with the senior members of their firm was quick to develop and we are delighted to have entered into this alliance with such a strong organisation. Our clients interests will be in very good hands."
