Kinsale: The last 17 apartments at the Shearwater development, right, overlooking Kinsale marina are being released by Hamilton Osborne King (Cork) this week with prices starting at €249,500.
Shearwater, now nearing completion, will eventually comprise 64 residential units on a site beside Kinsale Yacht Club.
It has a mix of townhouses, duplexes, apartments and retail units. In this final phase, one-bedroom apartments of 59-70sqm (635-753 sq ft) start at €249,500.
Two-bedroom apartments from 70-105 sq m (753-1,130 sq ft) are priced from €265,000 while three-bedroom apartments from 107 sq m (1,152 sq ft) cost from €350,000. Prices include one car-parking space.
Many of the units have balconies with views of the marina. Shearwater is being built by Pierse Homes. Completion dates for the remaining units are before the end of January 2004.
