The Kitchen Shop at Unit 52, Western Parkway Business Park, on the Ballymount Road in Walkinstown, Dublin 12, has a floor model painted high gloss white kitchen that includes a breakfast bar, black granite worktop, under-mounted sink and tap, Neff extractor, Kuppersbusch hob and Nordmende single oven. The full price of the kitchen was €11,000 and it is now reduced to €5,500.

This price includes delivery and fitting (no plumbing or electrical work) within the Dublin area. Outside Dublin is negotiable. It measures 3.2m by 3.0m and is perfect for the chef who works in a small or confined space. The breakfast bar is 1.6m.

The kitchen can be reduced in size for a smaller space but there would be a small charge for cutting the granite on site, probably €200-300.
