FINNEGAN Menton is quoting £375,000 to £400,000 for a high-class warehouse of 13,860 square feet at Tuam Road, on the edge of Galway city. The building is to be sold by tender on July 10th on behalf of Keelings Fruit. The two-bay premises were built in the early 1980s and have 730 square feet of offices. They occupy a site of almost one-acre, providing an option to extend the buildings. The agency expects considerable interest in the warehouse because of the scarcity of units of this size in the Galway area. It is well located, just off the Galway bypass.
