UK MULTIPLE the Perfume Shop has paid key money of over £50,000 for a retail premises at 34 South Anne Street, Dublin 2. Regalino Ltd has been trading out of the 538-square-foot shop at a rent of £22,500 per annum.

Lisney, which handled the deal, has also let the ground floor of 36/37 South William Street to the Sony Centre. It had been quoting a rent of £27,500 for the shop, which has 685 square feet and a further 365 square feet in the basement. Druker Fanning acted for the Sony Centre.

In Dun Laoghaire, Hair Express is to pay £26,000 for a shop of 1,200 square feet in the local shopping centre.
