Location: 11 Rathfarnham Road, Terenure, Dublin 6W. Location: Father Matthew Hall (protected structure), 131-135 Church Street, Dublin 7. Proposed development: change of use to a single office unit with associated alterations, renovations and refurbishment works to include the conservation of the building, its proscenium arch, exposed roof structure, cast-iron columns and other significant features. External works include the redesign of the main entrance onto Church Street, the installation of roof lights within the roof panelling system and within the fly tower and other minor alterations. Proposed development: demolish all structures on site for 206 residential units and a crèche arranged in six residential blocks of three to six storeys. Basement car-parking with 261 spaces, 206 cycle parking spaces, refuse storage, and 34 car-parking spaces are at surface level. Boundary wall to be partly removed along Harold's Cross Road to facilitate the widening of the footpath and the provision of a new public open space with an area of 0.1155 hectares.
