Adroit & Co, the company controlled by Martin Lydon and Bernie Gallagher, which paid £30 million for 112 acres beside Blanchardstown Hospital, has just secured planning permission for 1,520 townhouses and apartments. The units will be provided in a mixture of two-storey to six-storey buildings. There will also be a local retail centre with six shops. Part of the site will also be used as public park.
