LISNEY is marketing new retail and office units fronting on to Parliament Street and Essex Quay in Dublin's Temple Bar area. The units form part of the Isolde's Tower development, which will have 36 apartments around an internal courtyard where there will be a bar and restaurant. The scheme is due for completion later this month.
Lisney is quoting £30 per square foot for two shops of 490 square feet and 652 square feet, which are expected to produce a yield of about seven per cent when they are sold. The units along Essex Quay are available at £20 per square foot and are most likely to be used for offices. The four units here range in size from 490 square feet to 720 square feet. The yield in this ease should be about eight per cent when they are sold.
