Meakstown: from €241,950: A new three-bedroom house type is being unveiled this weekend at Cityside, a new homes scheme by Dolminack at Meakstown, Dublin 11.

The site is about a mile past Finglas village and close to the M50 - a fairly convenient location for commuters and airport workers.

Hamilton Osborne King will be taking bookings for 14 three-bedroom houses, 15 two-bed apartments, 15 three-bedroom duplex units, one five-bedroom and two four-bedroom houses at show units on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Prices start at €241,950 for two-bedroom apartments of 63-68 sq m (678-732 sq ft). Three-bedroom duplexes of 94-104 sq m (1,012-1,120 sq ft) cost from €269,950. The new-style three-bedroom houses measure 124 sq m (1,335 sq ft) and are priced from €317,950. The four-bedroom houses from €374,950 are 143 sq m (1,540 sq ft) and the 181 sq m (1,948 sq ft) house costs €460,000.

Over 400 units have already sold at Cityside and owners have begun to move in. This new phase is located beside a new commercial centre which will have a convenience store, chemist and video shop.

The interior specification is strong, with Italian designer kitchens complete with a full range of appliances, including a microwave. Bathrooms are fully tiled and modern floor coverings are used in both kitchen and bathrooms.

Internal doors are oak with polished chrome fittings. The sittingroom is larger than average and a second floor study is included. Also at this level is the third bedroom and a shower room.
