Stepaside apartments worth £7m sell in one weekend

There seems to be no let up in the sales of new apartments and houses in the Dublin area

There seems to be no let up in the sales of new apartments and houses in the Dublin area. The Ross McParland agency sold 36 apartments last weekend with a value of £7 million at Stepaside Park in south Dublin. The units were sold to investors, first-time buyers and couples trading down. One-bedroom apartments with 560 to 600 sq ft sold for £155,000 to £160,000 while two-bedroom apartments with 800 to 840 sq ft fetched between £193,000 and £214,000. There were also a number of 1,065 sq ft two-bedroom apartments with a study which made £168,000 to £174,000. The developers are McGarrell Reilly.
