Nine houses in the first phase of Glenair Manor, a new development of €1.650 million-plus houses in Delgany, Co Wicklow, are for sale through Hassett estate agents.
The houses come in three types ranging in price from €1.6 million to €1.7 million.
All of the houses come with detached double garages with covered walkways and all have walk-in wardrobes in the main bedrooms.
The grandest and most expensive of the three house types has 410 sq m (4,413 sq ft) and costs €1.7 million.
It has a redbrick and timber front, a lounge, formal diningroom, study/office, family room, a family diningroom and a kitchen.
Others rooms include a conservatory, utility room and a rear porch. Off the minstrel gallery on the first floor are five bedrooms, all en suite.
A slightly smaller 403 sq m (4,337 sq ft) house costs €1.675 million. It has a larger conservatory but a smaller kitchen than the €1.7m house and has a Tudor-style façade.
The least expensive house, which is also Tudor style, is 330 sq m (3,552 sq ft) and costs €1.650 million.
Two of its bedrooms are en suite and it has a curved conservatory. The kitchen and family diningroom are combined in this house. The houses all come with front porches and sandstone sills. The kitchens come with a choice of doors and worktops.
Wall and floor tiling to bathrooms, en suites, kitchens and utility rooms is included.
