The Mount Andrew development will have 180 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses and own-door apartments with the first phase of 44 completed for the launch. The remainder are due to be ready within 12 months. Liffey Valley Park will eventually have 154 townhouses with the first 16 of these ready for occupancy within the next six weeks.
