Lambert Smith Hampton and Fergus Slattery are seeking "modest" premiums for two separate shops at The Square in Tallaght. Electrical retailer Dixons is vacating a unit of 2,000 sq ft on level three after moving recently to the former Connors chemist shop, which has 3,500 sq ft. Boots is also planning to assign its leasehold interest in a 4,500 sq ft shop on level one. Boots already trades out of three other shops in the centre following the takeover of HCR. Rents on both vacant shops are due to be reviewed. Dixons currently pays £89,000 per annum while Boots pays £155,000.
