Sales Results: A large Victorian house in Rathgar made €4 million at a Sherry FitzGerald auction yesterday - over €1 million more than the advised minimum value (AMV) of €2.85 million.
Two parties chased 39 Garville Avenue Upper, a two-storey over garden level house in eight self-contained units on a large corner site with development potential. Bidding opened at €2.5 million and went up in bids of €100,000. It was eventually knocked down at €4m.
