EVA LONGORIA: "I wish I were in the south of France with my husband Tony Parker, enjoying a nice meal.
I miss dining in France. I love the long experience of eating. It's not fuel; it's not just maintenance of your body. It's an actual experience. I love everything French, obviously, I married a French man. From what I know of the culture, the French have a way of enjoying life unlike Americans. They enjoy dinners, they enjoy wines, they enjoy holidays. They have so many holidays - I don't know if anyone ever works in France. I love that way of life.
But I'm not, so ...
I am going to cook my husband a meal. I actually hate people cooking for me because I am such a good cook. I am very picky about food. I don't let anybody in the kitchen in our home in San Antonio, Texas. Tony's favourite thing that I make is this lemon pasta we had at a restaurant in New York. I asked the chef for the recipe and he gave it to me, so I make it all the time. He could eat that every day. I make great guacamole and my secret is to use lemons, not limes; and no garlic. And you have to use serrano peppers not jalapenos. For dessert, we'll have ice-cream.
