Routes to avoid around the country
DUBLIN:
Until June 4th, Green St East, is closed for ESB repair work. Eastbound traffic along Green Street East is diverting via Benson Street - Sir John Rogerson's Quay - Britain Quay. Westbound traffic along Green Street East is diverting via Britain Quay - Hanover Quay - Benson Street. Local vehicular and full pedestrian access is being maintained at all times.
From last Monday, on Marine Rd, drainage and watermain works will be carried out. This will be the case until May 14th. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times.
Until Sunday May 7th, a section of Watery Lane, Clondalkin is closed. Alternative routes via: Watery Lane, Orchard Lane, Monastery Road, Woodford Hill Road, Woodford Walk and vice versa. Diversions signs will be in place.
From Tuesday, May 2nd, to Friday, May 5th, the Clonsilla Rd will close from its junction with Shelerin Rd to its junction with Hansfield Rd from 9pm to 6am each night. This is for resurfacing and repair works. The alternative route is via Shelerin Rd, Ongar Rd and Hansfield Rd.
From last Monday until Sunday, April 30th, a section of Chalet Gardens/Beech Park will be closed to carry out resurfacing works. Alternative routes via: Lucan Road, Lucan Heights, Beech Park and Beech Grove.
Until Friday April 28th, Blakestown Rd is temporarily closed from the roundabout at Blakestown Way to Mulhuddart Village. This will be the case from 9pm to 6am each night for resurfacing and repair works. Alternative route is via the Old Navan Rd, Blanchardstown Rd South and Blakestown Way.
Until Friday April 28th; Cathal Brugha St is closed from O'Connell Street Upper to Marlborough Street nightly. The closure will be from 11.30pm to 6am the following morning. Access to Cathedral Street (via O'Connell Street Upper) will also be inaccessible.

CORK:
Tmorrow from 9.30am to 12.30pm, Lehenaghmore, Farmer's Cross will be closed. Alternative routes are; Via Airport Road, Forge Hill and Matthew Hill. This is for gas works.
Until Friday, May 5th, Liss Cross to Lehenaghmore is closed daily from 8am - 6pm. Alternative routes are via Spur Hill, Kingsland and Bowen's Cross, Airport Road.
Until mid-August, Francis St is closed from Millard St to Grattan St for road works.
Until Friday May 5th, the LP2462, Scairt Cross to Rathmacullig East is closed daily from 8am - 6pm. The closure is to facilitate surface dressing. Alternative routes are available Via Frankfield and Grange, and via Ballinrea, Ballygarvan and the Airport Road.
LAOIS:
Until Friday, April 28th, roadworks are in place on the N7 Mountrath (Limerick side). The works are in place from 7.30am to 7.30pm. A stop/go system is in operation. Delays can be expected.
