TWELVE men accused of killing Josie Dwyer were served with a book of evidence by Det Insp Declan Coburn yesterday. Mr Martin Glynn (43), Mr John Kenny (37), Mr Stephen Carney (24), Mr Mark Cooke (22), Mr Hugh Byrne and Mr Christopher O'Shea (46), all with addresses at Dolphin House, Rialto; Mr John Fitzpatrick (23) and Mr Andrew Kelly (33) of Fatima Mansions, Dublin; Mr Willian Kenny (52) of St Anthony's Road, Rialto, Mr Bernard Dempsey (38) of Marrowbone Lane Flats, Dublin, Mr Mark Alford (37) of Seagull House, Crumlin and Mr Ronald Byrne (37) of Lower Drumcondra Road, Dublin, all appeared in Kilmainham District Court.

They were charged with the unlawful killing of Joseph Dwyer, assault occasioning actual bodily harm to Mr Alan Byrne and violent disorder at Basin Lane on May 14th, 1996, and were remanded until July 4th.
