US investors plan to build a £250 million hotel and office complex in Omagh, Northern Ireland, that would create around 350 jobs, according to newspaper reports this morning.

The Irish Newsreported that representatives of the unnamed investors met Northern Ireland planning officials yesterday in a bid to fast-track the development that will include a 100-bedhotel.

Sinn Fein member Pat Doherty said tenants "are all lined up" for the proposed development in the town, according to the newspaper.
