Cannabis resin, with a street value of £3 million, and two machine-guns were seized by gardai yesterday after a package containing the drugs and firearms was delivered to a Dublin public house.
A Garda spokesman said a courier service picked up a package containing tiles from a North Wall premises and transported it to a pub in Terenure. A workman there discovered the 300 kg of cannabis and the firearms with the delivery and told gardai.
