Beijing - Four Chinese men were executed yesterday in the province of Henan for forcing women into prostitution, writes Miriam Donohue.
The men lured 18 peasant women to the southern island of Hainan with the promise of jobs. But they were forced into prostitution through beatings and threats.
The men spent thousands of dollars earned by the women through prostitution.
