Lyndhurst, N.J. - A man has been charged with bludgeoning to death his wife of 52 years and hiding her body in a freezer, prosecutors said yesterday.
The battered body of Esther Rosa (70) was discovered by police on Monday in a basement freezer in her Lyndhurst home. On that day her husband, Salvatore Rosa (75), slashed his wrists and throat. Hospital officials said he was in fair condition yesterday.
