Factions linked to expelled Ulster Defence Association commander Johnny "Mad Dog" Adair are expected to call for an end to the gun and bomb attacks which have left tensions running dangerously high.
Three men have been killed since a loyalist shooting war first erupted in October.
Divisions within the organisation deepened after both sides claimed they had been targeted by gunmen and bombers.
Members of the UDA's inner council - who expelled Adair and his associates for allegedly siding with another terror organisation in an earlier dispute - have accused their former colleagues of trying to kill two of their top men.
But the exiled loyalist has claimed he is the victim of an orchestrated campaign by the five so-called brigadiers who now run the UDA.
