MEXICO CITY - People in central Mexico took the law into their own hands on Tuesday, seizing an armed robber and threatening to burn him to death or bang him if any of the people injured ink the hold up died, witnesses said.
Television showed the burglar, Felipe Trejo (32), bound hand and foot and surrounded by an angry crowd in the small town of Santiago Tolman, some 60 east of the capital.
