Bank of Ireland has signed an agreement for the provision of 1,000 ATMs across the branch network of the British Postal Office.
Bank of Ireland said the deal was part of the bank's plan to extend its presence in the British ATM market.
The provision of the new ATMs will start in the autumn, and 700 will replace ATMs from other banks.
Customers from all banks and building societies will be able to access cash from the 1,000 new ATMs.
