Mr Derek Gibbons (33), of Markievicz House Flats, Townsend Street, Dublin, who was charged with the murder at the weekend of his neighbour, Mr Gerard Doyle, has been granted bail in the High Court.
In Dublin District Court yesterday morning, independent ail bonds of £1,500 were accepted from his father, Vincent, and his brother, Anthony. Mr Gibbons undertook to report daily to Swords Garda station and not to interfere with any witnesses or parties.
