A full-scale bail hearing is to be held next week in the case of three people accused of murdering Enniskillen businessman Mr Gerard McGinley, whose body has not been found.
Mr McGinley's wife, Julie (29), of Windmill Drive, Enniskillen, is jointly charged with his murder along with Mr Michael Monaghan (49) and Mr Patrick McPadden (34), both of Ann Street, Enniskillen.
All three are in custody and bail applications by Mrs McGinley and Mr McPadden were briefly mentioned in the High Court in Belfast yesterday before Mr Justice Coghlin.
A lawyer for Mr McPadden said it had been agreed that Mr Justice McLaughlin, who has part heard Mrs McGinley's bail application, should continue to deal with the case.
The applications were adjourned until Thursday to fix a date when the judge will be free to hear both applications.
The three defendants are also accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice by removing the body of 34-year-old Mr McGinley, who went missing last August, and redecorating a bedroom where it is alleged the murder took place.
