Tirana - The Albanian government moved a step closer yesterday to arresting the opposition leader, Mr Sali Berisha, on charges of inciting a coup, despite thousands of his supporters taking to the streets again demanding the removal of the Prime Minister, Mr Fatos Nano. A parliamentary commission voted to strip the former president of his immunity, a move which could lead to his arrest, the chairman of the commission, Mr Spartak Braho, told reporters.
