ATHENS - A Greek cigarette firm has announced a new filter it claims drastically reduces the risks from smoking.
"Smokers who use normal filters retain 1.75 ml of tar in, their lungs. Bio filter reduces this amount by 40 times," one of the professors who invented the new device said. The biofilter "acts as an artificial lung, which retains all toxic substances and sends non toxic smoke to the lungs", he claimed.
