LONDON - The Soviet spy, George Blake, yesterday learned he was entitled to receive £90,000 made from his book about his years as a British MI6 agent. The High Court ruling was immediately condemned by the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Michael Heseltine, who described it as a "depressing shock" and warned an appeal would have to be considered.
