EU COMMISSION:ANTI-LISBON treaty campaigner Patricia McKenna has said she is taking legal advice on the "blatant interference'' by the EU Commission in the referendum campaign.
She said she was "extremely disturbed that the EU Commission, which under EU law is precluded from attempting to influence the internal politics of member-states, is funding a number of very one-sided events around the country''.
She said it had held a meeting in Dublin last week titled "The future for Ireland and the European Union'', a title meant to deceive people and avoid claims the meetings were a bid to influence voters.
