Boy (16) shot in knees in north Belfast

A 16-year-old boy is in hospital this morning after being shot last night in Belfast.

The teenager was shot in both knees in the Ashfield Gardens area of north Belfast, a PSNI spokeswoman said. The incident happened at about 8 p.m.
