A man who fell 40 feet on a building site died as a result of accidental death, a jury has found.
Thomas Farragher (25), Corofin, Co Galway, who died on September 3rd, had been helping move a concrete beam on the roof of T J Grady Ltd , Charlestown, Co Mayo.
The deceased, who had been wearing a hard hat and harness, died of shock due to massive haemorrhage and severe and multiple injuries after being admitted to Sligo General Hospital.
