London - The former US President, Mr George Bush, has described the detention of Gen Augusto Pinochet, who is under arrest in Britain, as a "travesty of justice".
Mr Bush, who was director of the CIA in the mid 1970s, at the time of the former Chilean dictator's regime, said: "Gen Pinochet should be returned to Chile as soon as possible."
