Thailand - Nearly 400 Cambodian refugees, mostly dependants of Khmer Rouge fighters, headed home yesterday in the first phase of the repatriation of some 35,000 inmates of camps in Thailand.

The refugees, returning with the help of the UN refugee agency, said they were happy to be returning to Cambodia now that the war between the government and the Khmer Rouge had ended.
