ANKARA - The former Turkish prime minister, Ms Tansu Ciller, dealt a death blow to the fledgling coalition she shares with the Prime Minister, Mr Mesut Yilmaz, yesterday after weeks of internal rifts, saying the government was practically finished. Ms filler said the 11 week old conservative government was at a "de facto and legal end".
