A man who was hit on the back of the head by the wing mirror of a passing bus has settled for an undisclosed amount a personal injuries claim against a Co Galway bus company. Mr Paul Healy, a regional manager with Super Valu, had sued Michael Donoghue and Sons, Taramuid, Clarenbridge, for up to £30,000 damages. Mr Healy (34), Skerries, Co Dublin, was hit on the head while on the path on O'Connell Street, Dublin.
