Clarion Consulting today announced that it had acquired a majority stake in UK consulting firm The Planning Loft.
The Dublin-based IT and business consulting firm has acquired 51 per cent of the company for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will bring group turnover to €7 million and staff numbers to 75 at the company.
Clarion Consulting managing director Pat Millar said: "The move . . . gives us access to a market which is roughly ten times the size of the Irish one."
