Moroni - The Comoran military government, separatist leaders on Anjouan island and the opposition have reached an accord to end a political and separatist crisis in the Indian Ocean state, the Organisation of African Unity said yesterday. The accord calls for the return of Anjouan into a looser union of the Comoros's three islands and for a new constitution.
