A cosmetic surgery group with offices in Ireland is to launch a loyalty card scheme for its most frequent customers.

The Harley Medical Group, which has 10 clinics in the UK and Ireland, will offer card holders a free non-surgical treatment such as Botox injections or lip plumping procedures to the value of £300 after they have visited the clinic four times.

Mel Braham, chairman of the Harley Medical Group, said: "We felt compelled to thank the loyal customer base we have had for over 20 years."

A spokesman from consumer magazine Health Which? said: "Cosmetic surgery is a big decision . . . It is essential that anyone contemplating this type of procedure does their homework and ensures that they are provided with clear and accurate information on potential risks." - (PA)
