The board of the Irish Museum of Modern Art has agreed to continue, until January 15th, an undertaking not to take any steps to replace Mr Declan McGonagle as director of IMMA.
Legal proceeding taken by Mr McGonagle against the board were further adjourned to January 15th at the High Court yesterday. Mr McGonagle (48) claims his legal rights have been infringed by a decision to advertise the post of director of the museum.
