Body of man discovered near flat complex in south Dublin

Death of the Polish national in his 60s not being treated as suspicious

The body of a man in his 60s has been found near a flat complex in Bluebell, south Dublin.

The discovery was made by a resident of a nearby sheltered accommodation centre for men in the La Touche Court area in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The deceased man is believed to be a Polish national who has been living in Ireland for more than a decade.

He was registered as a resident in the same sheltered accommodation, and was found in a green space behind a flat he used to inhabit in the complex.

Gardaí attended the scene on Tuesday morning, and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
