A Garda investigation has been launched after another Orange Hall was burned in Co Donegal.

This time Convoy Orange Hall was the target, coming just a couple of weeks after Newtowncunningham Orange Hall was destroyed in an arson attack.

The incident - at 4am today - has already been broadly condemned in Donegal.

Garda forensic experts are at the scene in a bid to determine the cause.

It is not yet known the precise extent of the damage, which was attended by units of the fire service.

There was outrage just three weeks ago over the Newtowncunningham incident. A large amount of memorabilia was destroyed in the blaze, which gardaí later confirmed was started deliberately.
