Gardaí have appealed to the public for help in tracing the whereabouts of John Tobin, who was last seen in Kells, Co Meath, on Sunday.

Mr Tobin (31) was seen in Stonebridge in Kells, Co Meath, at 6am on Sunday.

Mr Tobin’s family has expressed concern for his wellbeing.

He is described as being 5’2” tall, of thin build and with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a navy polo shirt, dark blue jeans and a dark green jumper.

Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666111 or to contact any Garda station.

Separately, the search for another man, Jason Byrne, has ended after he was located safe and well.
