A 19-year-old man was stabbed in Dundrum, south Dublin late last night.
The incident happened outside the Dundrum Town Centre, a Garda spokesman said.
He said the teenager, who is from Ballinteer, was stabbed a number of times and taken to St Vincent’s hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening, the spokesman added.
He could not say if any suspects had been identified adding that the incident was under investigation.
