A teenage boy was arrested after a high-speed chase in the Tallaght area on Tuesday morning.
The incident began at about 5am when a car was stolen from a house in Tallaght. Gardaí gave chase and the car was eventually stopped and recovered in Jobstown.
The youth was arrested and is being held in Rathfarnham garda station.
