Two men have been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged in relation to the death of Christopher Nevin (27) of St Francis Park, Navan last week.

Two men have been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged in relation to the death of Christopher Nevin (27) of St Francis Park, Navan last week.

The accused were Wayne Cluskey (24) and Josh Turner (23), both with addresses at Mooretown, Ratoath, Co Meath.

They each face a charge alleging they intentionally or recklessly caused serious harm to Christopher Nevin contrary to Section 4 of the Non Fatal Offences Against the Person Act.

The offence is alleged to have taken place at Tailteann Road, Windtown, Navan, last Thursday November 19th.

They appeared before Navan District Court and were remanded in custody to next Tuesday when they will appear at Cloverhill District Court.
