The newly established Food Safety Board of Ireland has been criticised for its failure to include any food scientists

The newly established Food Safety Board of Ireland has been criticised for its failure to include any food scientists. "If this board is to function effectively then it must have expert food scientists and technologists participating on it," said Dr Donovan.
